Shipping / Returns & Exchanges

Delivery:

To ensure that your package is properly delivered within a timely matter, please make sure that your address is correctly entered including details such as: (Unit #, Apt #, ETC).

Processing time can vary from 1-3 business days. Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends. Once your order ships, you will receive your tracking number via email.

 

RETURNS &/OR EXCHANGES:

 All sales are final. We do not accept any exchanges or returns. We will only accept a return and/or exchange if you received the wrong order, or them item is damaged.

Defected or Damaged Items:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect thoroughly for damaged, defective or incorrect items. Please contact extrasavenue@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery. Please include a photo and description of the issue along with your order number to speed up a resolution. 

 

Stolen or Missing Packages

Extras Avenue is NOT responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once an order has been shipped out. If that is the case, please contact your local post office to file a claim https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm 

Please not that we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error. Make sure that everything on your order is correct before finalizing your order.
